Eventoq is Kerala's first comprehensive event booking platform developed by Witty Wrap Technology Private Limited, designed to transform how people plan and manage events across the state. The platform serves as a next-generation event marketplace connecting customers with top vendors for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and various celebrations, eliminating the traditional hassle of searching for vendors through endless phone calls. Founded in 2024, Eventoq streamlines the entire event planning process by allowing users to discover vendors, compare prices and services, and book everything they need in one centralized platform.​

For this project, we developed a complete web platform and companion mobile application that serves both event organizers and service providers. The customer-facing platform enables easy vendor discovery and booking, while the business management app helps event professionals digitize their operations, manage bookings, track payments, and grow their business. With its dual-sided approach, Eventoq brings efficiency and transparency to Kerala's event industry, making professional event planning accessible to everyone.​
