To manage Domain associated E-mail accounts, Use the set up "Mail Client Interface" to add an email account to your devices like mobile, desktop etc.

1. login to your Cpanel. Click on "E-mail Accounts" which is marked in red in the below figure.

2. By selecting the email, just click the Connect Devices

3. Now you will get the details of server settings

Configuring - Outlook 2010:

1. Make sure the version is Outlook 2010 and open it.

2. Click File, then click +Add Account" button to begin See image below.

By entering email address and password, automatically outlook will configure to you. Otherwise, follow the next session

Manually configuring - Outlook 2010:

1. Open Outlook 2010

2. Click on "+Add Account" at the file menu.

3. Then by selecting, manually configure server settings or additional server types click on "Next". Enter your account information here.

4. Choose service as "Internet Email", click next which is clearly shown in the following figure

5. Enter your email information here on the window which appears. See the following image

Enter your email account information in this window.

• Enter your name and email address (say [email protected])in the user information field
• Select either POP3 or IMAP in the server information field
• Enter incoming mail( POP3 or IMAP) as example.com
• Enter outgoing mail( SMTP) as example.com
• We strongly advise using SSL and port 465 for SMTP connections in order to avoid common authentication issues.
• Complete your login information on giving full email address and password

6. Click on "more settings" button and see the image below

7. A dialogue box named" Internet Email Settings" will be before you, click on "Outgoing Server" tab and select "My outgoing server (SMTP) Requires Authentication" and click on "Use the same setting as my incoming mail server". Click ok.

8. Click on "Test Account settings" button and verify all items with green check marks. After closing the test window, click "ok" to save all settings.

Congratz! You have finished the setup and click "Finish" to close the setup wizard.

CONFIGURE OUTLOOK 2007

1. Open Outlook 2007 and make confirm the version.

2. Click "Account Settings" get by clicking " tool menu".

3. Click at " Email tab". and choose "New button".

4. Then select Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP or HTTP and click next.

By entering email address and password, automatically outlook will configure to you. Otherwise, follow the next session

Manually configure Outlook 2007

1. Select Internet Email Option and click next.

2. fill all required fields which appeared in the dialogue box shown below.

Enter your name and full email address (say [email protected])in the user information field

Select either POP3 or IMAP in the server information field

Enter incoming mail( POP3 or IMAP) as example.com

Enter outgoing mail( SMTP) as example.com

We strongly advise using SSL and port 465 for SMTP connections in order to avoid common authentication issues.

Complete your login information on giving full email address and password

  3. Do the following Steps:

Click on the "Outgoing Server tab".

Put Checkmark on "My outgoing server (SMTP) Requires Authentication" and select "Use the same setting as my incoming mail server".

Then click ok.

4. You can see all items with a green check mark by clicking "Test Account Settings".
