
To manage Domain associated E-mail accounts, Use the set up "Mail Client Interface" to add an email account to your devices like mobile, desktop etc.




By entering email address and password, automatically outlook will configure to you. Otherwise, follow the next session




Enter your email account information in this window.





Enter your name and full email address (say [email protected])in the user information field
Select either POP3 or IMAP in the server information field
Enter incoming mail( POP3 or IMAP) as example.com
Enter outgoing mail( SMTP) as example.com
We strongly advise using SSL and port 465 for SMTP connections in order to avoid common authentication issues.
Complete your login information on giving full email address and password

Click on More Settings
Click on the "Outgoing Server tab".
Put Checkmark on "My outgoing server (SMTP) Requires Authentication" and select "Use the same setting as my incoming mail server".
Then click ok.
